General

Who Attends

SportsPro London is a hub for game-changing conversations, unparalleled networking, and hands-on learning.

We bring together the full sports business ecosystem, from brands and agencies, to rights holders, leagues and teams, and broadcasters, streamers and platforms. You can view our sample delegate list here

SportsPro London will be taking place at The KIA Oval, London SE11 5SS. 

Nearest Tube: Oval station

Entrance to SportsPro London is via the SSE Energy Solutions Stand (formerly the Galadari Stand) next to the John Edrich Gate.

SportsPro London 2026 will be taking place on 29th and 30th April 2026.

Doors open from 8:30am on 29th April and 8:15am on 30th April.

Yes! You can access the full agenda, connect with fellow attendees, and kickstart your networking on our event app. Just search SportsPro Events in the app store.  

Yes, the dress code is business casual.

Travel, Accommodation and on-site

Where can I book accomodation?

SportsPro London 2026 does not have an official accommodation partner, however we can offer some suggestions for local hotels in the area to cater for all budget types here.

Please book directly through the hotel, but if you have any questions about event logistics, feel free to get in touch with the team!

Yes, there will be a cloakroom, to leave jackets and light luggage, near the registration desk. 

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available and signposted throughout the venue. 

There will be meeting huddles dedicated to pre-booked meetings in the 175 Suite.

If you’re travelling to the UK and need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA), please make sure you apply before you travel.

Passes

Can I bring colleagues with me?

Please email [email protected] to discuss the price of bringing more colleagues.

This year, all pass holders get access to every content stage – including SportsPro London’s six content tracks running alongside the main programme over two days.

Every pass type also includes full access to the exhibition and networking zones, along with catering throughout the day and networking drinks.

Partners: A member of our team will be in touch with you directly to register your partner passes.

Speakers: A member of our team will pre-register your pass.
